FAQs
Will you be able to remove all stains?
Whilst cleaning can remove most stains and make your carpets look much better, we can't guarantee to remove all stains. We will however be able to give you a realistic idea of what is possible before we start the process.
Do I have to move all my furniture?
No, we can move most things such as sofas, beds or coffee tables. If however you have items such as book shelves or cabinets with lots of contents, it is useful for you to empty these so they can be moved easier.
If your room has no furniture, we can clean it quicker so to reflect this, we offer a 10% no furniture discount.
How often should my carpets be cleaned?
This varies depending on how much your carpet is used and how much dirt accumulates but in general, we recommend once every 12 - 18 months. Regular cleaning prevents carpets from being heavily soiled, which will extent the life of the carpet. A thorough vacuum is also recommended once a week.
Will my carpets become dirty more quickly after cleaning?
No. The cleaning products we use are specifically designed for use with carpets and don't lead to dirt and stains attaching to carpets quicker. We can also provide you with a protector, which will help stains and spills be removed more easily if they occur.
What is a carpet protector and do I need it?
Carpet Protectors make your carpet water repellent, which allows you to mop up stains or spills more easily. Carpet protector wears off with general use but cleaning your carpet will also reduce its effectiveness. Adding a fresh layer of protector will ensure your carpet remains stain resistant. Ask us about this when requesting a quotation.
